FTM. still debating on whether or not to go to the hospital. Been having sharp cramp pain from my lower back to my stomach throughout the day that are about 5/6 minutes apart and last 25/30 seconds , then they stopped for a little and came right back. Again I don't know what contractions feel like but it seems like these cramps are getting more intense.

I was having cramps in my lower abdomen all day & didn't realize I was actually in labor so by the time I went I was 8cm dilated so you should go just in case!!!!!!! @laines_mommy

No harm in going. Worst case, they give you something for pain and send you home.

No harm in going just in case. With my daughter my contractions weren't intense until my water was broken. They were just annoying now and uncomfortable before that.
