I never get headaches, and I know it's a pregnancy symptom, but now I keep getting them all throughout the day, and my feet, ankles, and hands swell up really badly, even when I'm not doing anything. My blood pressure has been very good this whole time and my urine didn't test positive for high protein levels at my last appointment on Tuesday, but all of these things started since then. Could it be preeclampsia?

you should go get your bp checked

ide talk to your doctor about it to be sure and safe. but i have the same issue and so far no sign or preeclampsia. i just try to stay off my feet as much as possible and keep myself elevated. lots of fluids. and i get headaches all the time to the point where i dont even wana move😳😳😳 i just try to power through them. its always a possibility so I'm guna talk to my doctor on monday as well but i hope everything turns out to be great with you and baby. im sure you'll both be fine tho😊😊💖💙💖💙

Just make sure you are eating lots of protein and drinking lots of water.

Is the protein for the headaches? @marybee

Making sure you eat at least 80 grams of protein a day is the best way to make sure you don't get preclampsia!

I had pre eclampsia and my symptoms started at 20 weeks. Swelling is normal, with pre e it is extreme swelling and my BP was 154/101 and you have to have protein present in your urine. According to my dr you would have all of the symptoms for it to be pre e.
