Yes in that case tell your lawyer. They might be able to get him some help. In the long run if you don't tell your lawyer and they find out you knew you could get in trouble for it too.

well like I don't want him around bc he does anything to make money (was selling vicodin) brought marijuana around my baby and smoked it (I don't have a problem with it but DONT bring it around my baby) he gets hammered every weekend and drives home even though he can barely walk... plus he's abusive and I was told he's doing meth with his girlfriend... and a hole bunch other shit.. @andiryan93
