Not a mom yet, though I'm having an all natural birth. My mom gave me the confidence to go through with what I already wanted to do. Simply because she had 4 kids, all in which she did naturally. I think we'll be fine. Good luck momma!(:

I've had 2 all natural births, there's really nothing different to do. I'm pretty pain tolerant so I do most of my laboring at home. I guess the best advice I can give is to try your best and relax and breath through every contraction. I did a lot of walking around, and hot showers. If your SO is available have them rub your back. And last you definetly will be FINE, labor is a scary but rewarding experience that'll be your own. When the time comes you'll know exactly what to do. BTW I think nervousness is normal in 4 weeks away with #3 and im freaking out lol. Good luck mama's

@ababy16, I am planning on going natural too with baby boy #3. I always wanted too. #1 I was induced and due to that I had to get an epidural due to bad contractions and his heart rate kept dropping. #2 I progressed great I did though get an epidural due too living almost two hours away an being in labor for almost 2 days I needed rest. When I became 10 cm they took it out so I had him naturally. I felt everything and I liked not feeling like I did with my first. But this baby I don't want an epidural so that's what I plan on doing.

I love going into labor and it's my favorite. Just keep calm, relax and you will be fine.
