Just birth certificate and a letter of consent from the other parent if you are traveling alone w the baby. It's rare they ask for it, but it can happen (happened once to me).

Your drivers license, or I.D. is all you need. you'll add the baby on your ticket as a lap child. All you need is birth certificate for the baby. @lovemyfamilyg
