Need some advice. My little one will be born in the winter and I am thinking wether or not to buy a snowsuit for her. I've been told that they a waste of money and as far as baby is dressed warm n has a few blankets in the buggy that there is no need for a snowsuit.
What are your thoughts?

my second daughter was born in October (October 26th) and we bought her a snow suit and it made me feel much better knowing she was snug and warm. I personally don't think they're a waste of money and it meant she didn't need lots of layers underneath and then a normal blanket on top x

My little boy is gonna be born in October 10th and I've got a few of them, some thinner than others but fleecy ones, so I know baby is warm enough just like @nadisha16 said xxx

I've always used snow suites @missy84 for the same reasons as @nadisha16 in that I know they are warm and unable to wriggle out from the many layers needed if not using one xx

Definitely! They would be so much better than loads of of layers of clothing and then blankets! Poor little mite will get so hot 🤕. Snow suits are designed to stop baby's over heating as most have air holes xx

@mich77, and @lauren1996 Yh they're really good, I bought a really nice baby k one from mothercare which was fleece on the inside with fur lining the hood and waterproof on the outside. I was terrified she'd catch a cold and get really sick especially because that time of year a lot of people get sick and she was too young for her vaccines... I just felt my baby was more protected from the elements in a snowsuit than in a normal coat and she was thank God! she didn't get sick at all that winter lol. xx

Def have a snow suit! Then as the other ladies said you know your bub is nice and warm when you're out. I got my little girls one from gap, it was about £35 but so worth it. It was down inside and Waterproof, with detachable booties and mittens. And I'll be buying another for this baby come winter time too.

my little man is due end of October and I have a few snowsuits for him enough until February in sizes depending on how big he will be. I think it's more for our peace of mind that they won't get cold. it's completely your choice what you get but I'd say it may be worth having one just in case :-) x

Thank you ladies. I might get a few just to see her through winter. There is so much to think about that I'm thinking it all a bit overwhelming 🙈 xx
