So I'm 3 days pp from an emergency c section. Any advice on what I can do to heal and get my body back in shape to be able to be more active in the future
Well, being 3 days pp, that's just swollen and irritated. I mean. They cut through 13 layers of skin, and 6 major muscles. In 6/8 weeks when they give you clearance to start light exercise, leg lifts will help tone the lower tummy.(:
