I was exclusively pumping when my daughter was in the NICU but at the end I just wasn't supplying enough.. one of the nurses from wic told me I should try to pump again but it's been a month since the last time I pumped & I'm sure ain't nothing in there.

eat oatmeal at least twice a day. drink tons of water. and I mean tons. they have lactation cookies and pills called fenugreek that might help also
