Has any mommy on here gotten carpel tunnel during this pregnancy or past pregnancies? I have it and it sucks! Any advice on how to deal with it? Have it on my right hand.

I have it in both of my hands and I just rub them and try to get them moving and wear a brace ..

I feel like I maybe had it but I didn't ever speak to my doctor about it. and mine went away after baby
