Ok moms so my cousin and I are pregnant together and we are due not to far from each other however her due date is approaching quick which would be Tuesday. She doesn't want to get induced and wants to naturally dilated, she wanted me to reach out and ask what you moms thought was safe for her to try out to bring on active labor? She is dilated to just 1cm. Trust me I've gave her the speech that baby girl will come when she's ready but she doesn't want to hear it from me she just wants help. So mamas help my poor very huge pregnant cousin out what are natural ways to induce labor?

@kaylaskibinski, sex is out of the question her husband is deployed and won't be here till possibly after my niece is born. She has a ball and has been drinking the tea but I guess she says nothing yet? I know she is uncomfortable for sure cuz she is very huge and swollen lol sounds bad. But I am not even as big as she is and she is huge huge.
