I got 2nd degree tears (quite a bit of them) and my entire area down there is completely swollen to the point I have to have a catheter. Anyone else have this?? When could you pee? I hate wearing a catheter and I constantly fear I'll pull it out by mistake

I had a catheter when I gave birth cuz I had to pee to often, but literally right after I gave birth and they took it out I went pee right away. It didn't hurt to pee
