please let your baby sleep on his or her own crib. never let sleep with u in bed. also, no bumper for crib, blanket, stuff animals or anything inside the crib. just the baby.....

yes. as long as the baby is not in the bed with u :)

if the crying gets to be too much put the baby in a safe place like a crib or bassinet and walk away for a few minutes, calm yourself then go back with a calming energy and sooth the baby. Works wonders, babies pick up what their mothers are feeling and letting them cry for a few extra minutes won't hurt them in anyway.

Do take your carseat to a certified cpst to make sure it is correctly installed. not all police officers or firefighters are correctly trained on this.

Do Swaddle your baby, really helped my daughter sleep since her little jerking movements woke her up.
