so if my babys father takes me to court so the baby lives with him how likely is it he will win

Courts will 99% of the time want the baby to be with their mother, but they favor co parenting. Unless either of you are unfit, it can be 50/50

Does he have a job? His own place, And the judges always let the moms stay with the kids because the mothers are nurturing, unless the mom is in bad conditions

thats a hard question depends on the situations you are both in. usually courts are more in favor of the mother. and the father has to REALLY prove you are unfit. but it's more likely to get joint custody than anything. the courts really don't wanna take the child from either parent. but then the dad will still need to prove he has the means to even have joint custody.

I don't wanna go through it it's all him he says he wants the baby after he or she is born to live with him so he's taking me to court

Moms usually always win custody unless they can't support the child/are on drugs/or have unfit living conditions especially in TX.
