Kind of looks like eczema. I wouldn't go to the ER, but I would go to urgent care tomorrow to have is checked out. Did she recently have vaccs? It could be a reaction.
If she's 4 Weeks you may definitely want to go to the ER, could be as simple as her being allergic to what her clothes are washed in, or the tag in her shirt irritating her skin or could be something else. Better safe than sorry mommy!
@winnie633, it doesn't itch her...it doesn't even bother her...@3boymom, no she hasn't had vaccs yet...she gets them.Monday... that's why I didn't wanna take her if someone else has experienced a rash like this...@anumaat, I was thinking the laundry soap...I'm using purex for babies...but i didn't think of the tags being an issue...if it looks worse tomorrow we'll make a trip to the er! thanks girls!
@3boymom, if it doesn't look better or gets worse I'll take her tomorrow! other then being constipated which she's been before...no other symptoms... and actually we keep it comfortable in our home and it hasn't been hot the last couple of days...it was actually rainy...I was thinking it could be from the lotion I used on her maybe? or the laundry soap were my 2 guesses
Looks like a heat rash, did you try a cool bath just to rule that out? As long as she's eating, and producing wet diapers and doesn't seem uncomfortable I wouldn't rush her to the ER. People are sick there and babies immune systems just aren't all that strong. Just keep a close eye and make sure symptoms don't get bad or she spikes a fever, stops eating.
@pr1ncess, I didn't try a cool bath...she hates baths and screams whenever I give her one and daddy is sleeping for night shift tonight so when he wakes I'll try a cool bath...it actually looks better today then yesterday...she has an appointment Monday so if it keeps continuing to get better but is still there I'll ask about it...she's definitely producing wet diapers...not many poopy ones...but the Dr said she can go up to 4 days without a poop diaper...she seems to be fine otherwise! :)

Hmm, I would still get it checked out. Is she showing any other symptoms? Maybe it's a heat rash? I'm really not sure.

Constipation is pretty common in babies. I hope it's nothing!
