Any of you ladies know what's safe to take for sinus headache/ issues besides Tylenol?? I feel awful

Over here...38 weeks as of Monday and just ready for little guy to come... Besides being uncomfortable I'm miserable cause my face hurts!! Help!! Dr appointment not till Tuesday and I hate calling the office for stuff like this!
