so, my husband cheated on me and left me.
I have a 10 month old and looking for a job but I have no experience in anything, he won't pay child support. he won't help me in anything he only wants to have her Monday - Thursday. thinking I need to sell some of my stuff to get dippers and clothes for my little girl. I hope it will get better. :(

I already filed for child support but he signed a paper saying he would pay child support and now he's saying that he's not going to until we go to court.

Thats illegal if he is refusing until he goes to court. Id it was already filed, and said he has to pay this amount, then he has to abide by it. Girl you can get alimony too since he cheated on you. File for alimony, and child support. He needs to pay
