girl I am right there with you. I finally leveled out the passed few weeks and then-bam- hit me like a truck. whatever you do, do NOT try the fiber one bars. they are a yummy snack but if you start eating them and then stop your body FREAKS OUT from the lack of extra fiber and blocks you up quick. Juice definitely help. but not as fast as I hope definitely! load up on fruits and veggies. good luck!

miralax! I took it every single day of my pregnancy was my life savor never got constipated again! It's all natural even my doctor recommend me to give it to my baby in his bottle!
Oh and yes those pedi lax work amazing if u need a right away help I had them laying around because my son and I just needed some kind relief and gave one a try and helped no lie right away!
