how much water should we be drinking? 64 oz a day?

I'm in Dallas and it's hot here but where u are its way hotter .. I try to get down 3L a day it's sometimes hard yesterday I drank 60oz and I still feel dehydrated .. Try and get as much as u can plus some electro lights .. I think it's gonna be a rough summer .. Some girls on my other pregnancy site that live around us have already been In for dehydration .. If ur outside drink double ..

half your body weight in oz they say. which I don't know how someone could drink that much😂

yeah normally I drink 64 but yesterday in this San Antonio heat I felt like I needed more. so I drank just concerned about it I'll ask my doc ty ladies @10yearslater0205 @sandycheeks

I felt the same way I woke up feeling really dehydrated I know I didn't drink enough .. We were 100 yesterday so I know u guys were hotter and more humid

I drink at least a gallon a day. Usually by the time I get home from work I've already finished a gallon and then I continue to drink a couple 24oz cups of water or tea until bedtime.
