I'm completely right for being pissed off right now correct?! Our dog started whining and so I got up and took him out and he peed. Went back to bed and was dealing with baby in our co sleeper. Dog ends up having diarrhea by our bedroom door because I couldn't get to him in time because of baby. I run him outside to finish, go back in our room and clean it up and scrub the carpet. my husband wakes up complains about the smell and then brings his pillow into the babies nursery where a spare bed is. He clearly should of 1. Asked if I need help because I do and 2. Slept on couch so that the baby and I could go in the nursery to sleep right?!?! I am SO angry right now.

girl, yes. be pissed. I am in the same boat, to an extent. my 3 year old pee'd her bed - screaming for all she was worth, I had to put her in the bathtub at 130 because it was everywhere. I stripped her bed, wiped up & dried her mattress, remade her bed. she decides to sleep with us. I am sleeping on like 8 inches of bed. 4.5 month old wakes up wanting to nurse - 230 am. now everyone is asleep but me. All my husband woke up to say was ugh what is her problem when 3 y.o. pee'd the bed. like seriously?! I haven't slept all week...

yes! I am so pissed right now and so tired. men seriously suck sometimes. of course I love my husband but shit like this makes me just want to stay at my mom's for a few days ):<

Yes and no. I'll probably be chastised for this but is he working? When I was on maternity leave I took on most of the baby duty (and dog duty...I have 2 chihuahuas who love to pee and poop inside even though I let them out every 2 hours). Now that I'm back to work I expect more help from my husband and I get it but I still feel like I need to take care of everything. BUT...I'm not breastfeeding...so I'm able to ask for help.

@hapmama523, Yea I EBF. Yea he is working so I get that he works all day but I am so exhausted and havnt gotten a nap in over a week at least. But I will be back to work in a few weeks I keep reminding him thst he is going to be doing a lot more then. @_jasjxg yea it's frustrating to because he won't even realize he did something wrong

I thought my husband would help me a little right after giving birth. The day we got home he started a fight with me and hasn't so much as took trash out for me. Men can be so selfish.

Oh wow that's awful @39surp I'm sorry! He at least was helpful when he got home from work yesterday he watched Aidan while I ran an errand and then he washed the pan i used to cook dinner
