My fiancé keeps bringing up that I should get pills made of the placenta to take after the baby is born. And I'm sorry if some of you plan on doing that, that's great if that's your choice. But I find it repulsive, even just the thought of that. I can hardly even take vitamins without gagging, and he thinks I should eat the placenta. Sorry, nope nope nope.

I wish I could have done it but I'm the only one who would have been for it...plus I'm sure it's expensive.

I did it, we paid 170 and I got 140 pills. I wanted to see the difference it made so I took it for a week and a half felt great very free mode swings and milk production was great. Stop taking it for the rest of the week and a half and my hormone levels have been through the roof and my milk production decreased. Started taking again today and felt a HUGE difference and my milk production has increase. Best 170 bucks we ever spent and it has absolutely no taste to it @lovelyniters @maybaby2016

300 is waaaay to much! Have you looked into it? Might find someone who does it cheaper, or the prices might not even be that high @lovelyniters

im not sure how i feel about that i mean it was in my body so i know it wont harm me and i am sure it has tons of benefits but i just dont think i could do it.

@aydans.mommy, yeah I have read and heard about all the good benefits from it. Even he was telling me how much it's supposed to help with post partum. That's pretty crazy how much it affected you. I've had zero mood swings thus far though, can't say it'll be the same once she arrives ha. Is definitely cool to hear how that worked for you though.
