Lol girl it's crazy..It's still crazy to look down and I'm a mother let alone of twins on the first pregnancy..believe me.. get much sleep as you can lol this is my first week with both..and I'm like half dead lol but its worth seeing their little faces.. @princessleesey

You just put it in their bottles ?

I put 2 table spoons in the bottom of their bottle..then dilute the rest.. I just filled it up to one ounce of distilled water.. @princessleesey
