Yes. I paid $150.00 ten years ago. I m sure inflation has caused the price to get high. They can do it in the hospital. Talk to your doctor.

it's cosmetic now. when I did my son's along time ago it was free. so now it's about 300

I had to pay for both my boys. (2009,2013) things could be different now but I'm not sure
