Went to another dr appt today so they could actually see the top of baby's head this time, she cooperated most of it lol. Well I was also informed I have an odd shaped placenta and that the umbilical cord is attached to the side of the placenta, rather than the middle. So I go back for another ultrasound in 4 weeks to make sure she's growing okay. They said so far she's right on track with growth, but just want to make sure it continues that way. Made me a littler nervous learning this, but she said its nothing to worry about.

My son had had that too it's called a marginal cord insertion. Hope everything works out for you 😀

Your very welcome!! I had to have growth ultrasounds like every 3 weeks! They just wanted to make sure he was growing right and gaining weight

Yeah that's what she had told me they'll be doing. From the looks of what I've read, the outcomes of having this are usually pretty good. Just have to be cautious of course! @kreese88

When my youngest was born when I delivered the placenta she showed me where it was growing it looked pretty cool lol
