I just bathed my daughter when she pooped instead of wipes and let her go without a diaper for a bit every day so it could dry out

@nalahoney, if I did that my son would pee everywhere. 😐 it's like as soon as his diaper comes off he pees lmao

yeah defiantly my daughter does I start with her in her carseat sitting on a towel till she Pees then into the play pen covered in towels lol

Agree, could be a yeast rash not diaper rash. My daughter had it, I used athletes foot cream on it - sounds weird but that's what the pharmacist recommended and it cleared up right away.
