I didn't ask any questions thinking I could wait until next Thursday. 😒 But my husband wants to know details about induction. So those that have been induced. How long before labor starts and baby is born?

i was induced around 4p and had baby at 1am

It all depends on you and baby I've know some women who went to get induced and end up having a CSection because they didn't progress.

Girl it depends on your body lol I went in on a Wednesday and I didn't open up at all. So I just had a csection. I tried everything, pitocin, the little pills they put inside you and the tampon things. Nothing worked

Yup. Or sometimes they let you walk around the hospital. I did that but it was too much pain for me lol

Yeah it depends on you and baby. I had an awesome induction with my second daughter it was fast and easy. I started at 7:30am and had her by 1:51pm so just depends on if baby and body is ready! @mrspavlides

I had to get my cervix thinned which took 12 hours then got induced and that took 6 hours and my water broke on its own but I wouldn't dilate past 7 and had to get an emergency c-section because it was dangerous for my water to have been broken and me not dilate any further.
