so my husband and I had sex a couple hours ago, maybe like 2 or 3. & I'd say it was rough & I felt fine during but since we've been done we fell asleep and I woke up with cramps. & if I push really lightly like by my underwear line like that region it hurts. I'm 17 weeks along. should I be worried? or is it just cause of orgasm? idk what to think. I got up and made some chicken Alfredo and now I'm laying with a cold rag on my head cause it's 114° out and I'm hot from cooking over the stove. should I rest and take it easy? or ?

okay yeah no blood or anything. I do get cramps normally too but it just hasn't been this bad. not that it's like bad pain, it's just there. but okay😊 @ellieinmybelly

@savvylynn1, you can have contractions after sex , maybe that's what your feeling .

@savvylynn1, 'i got cramps after sex 25 weeks and earlier. they have subsided for me mainly because it hurts to have sex now. but it's normal.
