How did your stomach feel when you started to get a hernia, like before it actually poped out? I was told after my surgery I had a higher chance of getting a hernia (my incision is right above my bellybutton and I feel a small bump and it hurts to get up, move/use my muscle right there. I never had a hernia and the doctor didn't tell me what to look out for. *And yes of course I'll be asking about it at my next appointment*
