The only thing that worked for my son was a prescription ointment called Alclometasone. He gets a bath and patted dry but not all the way dry and I apply it and let the water seal it in his skin basically.
She will be getting some for it today, not sure if it's the same thing or not but I'm only to use it the first 2 days then to keep her moisturized with Vaseline or a lotion for eczema, and to give her a bath everyday but only use soap every other for 2 weeks to see if any will clear up. @liveitwithlove
@pearson7, I love Aveeno products anyway, for myself as well. The baby calming lotion does wonders for her! I'm going to try some different products, see witch one works best. Thank you!

In my opinion, use Aquaphor instead of Vaseline. Aquaphor is water based so it's breathable for her skin!
