Almost 2 months postpartum and so far I been having headaches on a daily basis, weird dreams,and waking up with hot flashes/ sweating really bad 😩 why?

Headache are probably from the lack of sleep I get them sooo bad. Bad dreams might just be from being a mom and just everything that has been going on lately In the world. And I wish I knew about the hot flashes because they are horrible!!
