my 1 year old is very constipated. she's crying ever time she pushes. I took her diaper half way off and I'm rubbing her belly and she's laying down but nothing seems to be helping😕😕

I've heard that water can help with constipation, so can apple juice. Have you tried either of those?

Straight apple juice of that doesn't work miralax my baby girl has those issues it's so sad to watch... Pediatrician told me they can take a half dose of miralax after 6 months old

When that happens with my daughter I put her in a warm bath. Always seems to do the trick!
