I have an ultrasound on the 20 anatomy scan and to know the gender. I am beyond scared that the baby won't have a heartbeat. I try to keep it off my mind so I don't worry but I can't help it. I'm not really showing, no movement from him/her and I don't have many symptoms. I'm so afraid that I don't want to plan ahead or really feel anything for him/ her for fear of losing them

i was the same way at 17 wks. not showing, no movement and no symptoms but baby was perfectly fine. im 33 wks now and she moves all the time, still no symptoms really and barely showing. so dont let that worry you

I try not too. I actually worried myself so bad before our first ultrasound, I started to have an anxiety attack. I'm trying to not so that again BC I know stress is bad

I stressed so badly before every ultrasound while pregnant. I was so sure something was gonna be wrong. But I had a very healthy pregnancy and my baby is perfect. Try not to stress yourself out, I know it's super hard cause I dealt with the same thing. But the stress is bad not only for you but for your little as well! I didn't even feel first movements til about 19 weeks.
