@mommy2be12-30-16, that's the best option just to wait until you are comfortable. They told me the same thing and I waited the usual 6 weeks or whatever and then decided I was ready. So sorry for your loss, hope you are doing well!

I was told to wait a minimum of one month but to wait 3 months to reset my body and get back on a cycle. I waited 3 months, and was pregnant again on my second cycle after trying again

I didn't really wait honestly... yes I mourned but I wanted a baby soo bad I wanted my baby back... but now looking back I wish I did really let myself wait and mourn, even though I didn't get pregnant right away. It took about 4 months..
