I went to the hospital today because of my high pressure and swelling in my hands, feet , face and ankles my blood pressure was 145/98 , but it had went down while I was there waiting for results of all my blood work and the doctor told me my baby was in the head down position that's why I was feeling pressure in my pelvics and in my upper leg area.
