The doc will be able to feel it when they do there first check

Only way I can tell is when she gets the hiccups where they're located if you feel them in your vagina they're head down

I knew he was head down when I got increased pressure down there so I had the doc check me at 32weeks and he was head down @ashleyandadan

Oh yes the feeling of them turning while head down feels like they are going to fall out.

my daughter has been head down for weeks now. she kicks me under my boobs. thats how i know she is head down still

I felt pressure and my doc felt my belly and said she was head down which makes since bc I feel a round knot (her butt) and two smaller knots (her feet) and she pushes from one side and makes her butt stick out on the other side lol
