Lol good luck! I learned in my birthing class yesterday that now you're gonna enter the "transition" stage. Contractions will get stronger and more frequent and you can't get the epi anymore. So good luck! You've come this far you will do fine!!! 👍🏼

u can do it!!! ur almost there! i had my 3rd with no meds! and once i hit 10cm i knew it was time to push! The pressure down there is no joke!!! For me it only took 2 pushes and he wad out.. But the worse part of it all was all the painful contractions.. good luck!
