Spent the last hr trying to fall asleep, but my body wouldn't let me... I think it's cuz my cat…

Spent the last hr trying to fall asleep, but my body wouldn't let me... I think it's cuz my cat wasn't in here. I went and grabbed her and she's now at the end of the bed like usual and I feel content and I'm getting sleepy. Anyone else so used to having a fur baby's company that they can't sleep without them?
