I don't know what to do, my 6 month old has somehow mixed up his days and nights, he sleeps all day and at night he just whines and whines until I give in and pick him up. I'm going to lose my mind staying up until 5:30/6am every single night. 😭

You will need to choose a day that you have help, I chose weekends when my husband was off. The baby will be fussy, but you will have to keep the baby awake during the day, even if the baby was up all night. By the time night hits, your baby will go to sleep. Its hard as heck, but I would take turns with my Husband watching him, keeping him awake

Awe man, that sucks big time. At 6 months, I remember my little one putting up a fight already to go to sleep, so I imagine you cant just rock your baby to sleep either. Keep all the lights off, maybe the baby will understand that its night time, hopefully

keep him up all day till a decent time for bed that's what my mom did when I was a baby and it helps get sleeping back on track

He was even awake all day today, I took him over to my sisters for awhile to play, he took a 20 minute cat nap and still he doesn't want to sleep right now! I'm hoping maybe it's just a phase, I feel bad for him, maybe he's teething? But I don't feel anything in his mouth and he doesn't have a fever ☹️ @rachel8792

Sounds like a phase, but its good if he stayed up most of the day. Thats a sign that he may go to sleep earlier tonight, if he does then you can use that against him haha. Keep him awake more the next day, and the next until he gets to the right sleep cycle.
