They need to be doing something Hun. There clearly waiting for you to go into spontaneous labour. Less intervention I guess. It's not on now though ! Hopefully today you'll get some answers

put your foot down hun they messed me about with my 1st... kept checking me didn't actually know of my waters had gone for 2 days... so they were leaking without them knowing cuz they kept messing me about... my son was poorly due to this when he was born as he swallowed water... when u see them today put your foot down lol good luck :) just think of it as being all a step closer to meeting your baby!!!! xxxx

@suzie80, they took swabs and blood to check for infection so there is obviously something they aren't telling me! They wouldn't do all that for nothing 🙁 xxx

I would like to think they would do something today but want to be sure you don't have an infection first. As you'll need antibiotics in labour or before. Let us know how you get on, when are you back up?

@babyno2, I really hope they do something! I'm due a sweep today but she basically said if they are still unsure if it's my waters then they won't do the sweep 😡 surely they should just bloody know!! xxx

They seem to be stalling. The only reason they have not to do a sweep if it's your waters is that they would need to induce you asap rather than do a sweep and wait.

You shouldn't go more than 24 hrs after they go unless your pre term there the guidelines Hun. Your post term they shouldn't be messing about now!

@suzie80, I agree with you they are defo longing it out... its not fair on u ...and yes they will check for infection as when waters leak for so long they can become infected... that's what happened to me and why my son was so poorly... so there just checking to be safe I guess ... hope u get some answers today!!! xxx
