Yea, you can get the papers and fill it all out and then take it up to the court and they'll give you a court date for all of the legalities. Like how much per month and all of that!

yes that will work too but later on down the road if he decides he doesn't want to pay anymore and you take him to court they will use it against you that he was willingly paying and they will only give you the amount that he was paying me for when they might have given you more if you would have just gone through Court the first time

They won't request DNA if he signed an acknowledgement of paternity at the hospital when she was born. I'm actually going through this right now and have been for almost a year. Don't get discouraged tho, mine is a special case. Feel free to message me. I live in Texas so some laws may be different but I can at least tell you what I've done
