Nope. Natural. Had 2nd degree tearing, internally and externally. Also got a 2 cm long fissure in my behind that the general surgeon said will only heal on its own if given time and loose stools. Otherwise, I'll need surgery or I'll have to suck it up and deal with the pain (what feels like shitting razorblades) for the rest of my life.

Never heard of it. I've tried fiber and water, stool softeners, colace, another stool softener (hospital grade). Also tried holding the fissure closed, which the one nurse suggested, but that didn't help. So now it's Miralax. If that fails, I'll definitely look into fleet enema. Where can I get it? @msj1996

@s_r_z_15, any grocery store or drug store should have it. It'll be by the laxatives

@paytonlensing, I've had it for 8 months so far :/ Labor wasn't even close to the pain I feel when I have to go. I hold it as long as I can until my abdomen hurts from it 😢 I tore and that wasn't even close to this pain.

You could also try drinking a bottle of magnesium citrate... That will clean you out quick! It doesn't taste too bad and costs like 2 dollars... That's what the doctors had me do when I was constipated a year ago!
