Nothing. I know I tested positive for mmj my first appointment it matters if you test positive at the hospital when you give birth and if baby tests positive then they will send cps to visit you a few times and evaluate the risk.
i think it really depends on the drug and how many times you test positive and if the baby tests positive and the state you live in. some states are stricter than others. i went to school with a girl who's baby was born a "crack baby". CPS took the baby from her.
My ob does urine ones everytime they keep a record of it too but what really matters is testing positive at the hospital. They will send dfac in to take the baby. Most important thing is just to stop for your health and the Health of your baby

I get a pee test at every appt. they check for marijuana each time also. But all doc offices are different.

First test doesn't matter but they will rest you to make sure you aren't using while pregnant n @twinmommy523 is right that's the most important part
