they stick their hand up there and do it with their knuckles i believe.. its quiet uncomfy

but how do they tell

theyre trained professionals, theyve practiced and kbow what each stage is.

buy how many fingers than can get in, typically one finger tip means 1cm dilated. and its fingers not knuckles lol
