having severe back pain and strong cramping. cramping only lasted for 20 mins but back pain has gone on for 12 hrs straight. baby is active so I'm not to worried but I wish this pain would go away

Did anyone experience low back pain before their bfp? And/or cramping on one side of their abdomen?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

alysonmorris2514 they don't feel like contractions though. they feel like period cramps. @keepingupwithhenry

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
