Hi Girls I'm 16 weeks pregnant with twins. I have a stitch like pain in the left side starting from the rib area downwards. when I breathe out the pain feels a worse. It's not agonising and has been here for past few days. Anyone experienced similar? Just looking for some reassurance and to see if it is normal. xx

I get this all the time I defeatism or trapped wind try laying on your back flat that's the only thing that helps me with the pain sometimes it brings me to tears xx

I'll try that. I also have acid reflux so didn't know if it was also something that do with that. Thanks for the reply I feel a bit better knowing it's probably nothing to worry about. xx
