It's trapped gas very painful and usually can be brought on after a surgery and you've been laying down for a while and in surgery if its in the abdominal cavity they pump this gas in your stomach to expand it. And honestly if I were you I would be passed gas all day long and take a gas x pill
No surgery for me and it's been hurting since I've been at work :( I haven't drank anything carbonated so idk what's causing it. I try burping but it's not happening:(@mommyofcohenjayceandmatthew

And if no surgery then take some gas relief meds and see if it works drinking coke to burp sometimes makes it worst for some

Yes all the time I just take a gas x and drink a small pop and once i start burping it usually goes away
