It's exciting and long lol you get to see everything! I drank oj before mine but got yelled at cause she was moving too much apparently. My tech wasn't very nice though lol. Hopefully yours is nicer! It was so exciting to see her moving around in there though!!
Drink lots of water! I drank 2 bottles and a couple drinks of Mountain Dew and the she was super active and the pictures came out so clear cause my bladder was at maximum capacity, super uncomfortable but totally worth it!

Its just a long ultrasound they look at everything on the baby and your fluids and your placenta
