went to the dr yesterday. he said I am 50% effaced and dilated about 1cm. can someone help me understand what that means lol

im thinning out but I'm barely a finger tip dilated tho.. but I'm labelled pre term

so usually delivery is soon? or is that normal for 36 weeks?

your cervix is opening and thinning out.. aka the baby's head is low
