Woke up with contractions but , they won't go away like I feel like I haven't had a break for 15 minutes my lower back is killing me ... I can't tell if they have a small break or not ??? I'm clueless.... Help

Usually with back aches and contractions, that usually means your getting ready. Maybe you should call your doc.
