Any other moms have or had lower back muscle spasms? How long did they last? What did you do for the pain? I can't eat because it hurts so bad.

I keep feeling this spasm in my belly. It feels like a baby kick like when i was pregnant with my daughter. Only happens in the mornings, it's so freaking weird lol

I feel like there's so many negative comments on here...

Ugh so last night I woke up and stretched my leg out and had a horrible cramp/muscle spasm in the calf. Omg it hurt sooo had. I've never had that happens before or even got a slight leg cramp but now today my calf muscles are so sore even to the touch 😭
