Look up the manufacturer of the crib, and the model. You can probably call their customer service to get replacement screws

we got our replacement screwa from home depot

You can also look up the instructions and find out what type of hardware it uses. I guarantee you can find them at the hardware store. I bought a used crib for my son and it had 0% hardware, found all the bolts and screws at Home Depot in 10 minutes.
